The terms and conditions serve to ensure fair cooperation between client and customer / breeder.

definition

• Photographer: Andrea Mumenthaler

• Client / breeder: Client for website design

• Photographic work: result of the photographer's work for the client

• Parties: photographer and customer / breeder

• Result: any digital or analog form on data carrier, via link, on paper, hard drive

Events

Each appointment is a binding service between the photographer and the customer.

Should the date be postponed for weather-related reasons, this will be done by mutual agreement

Terms of payment

Each invoice is due for payment net (without deduction) within 10 days. Once the invoice has been paid, the shooting date is considered to be safely reserved.

The invoice will be sent by email.

Annulment / cancellation

After receipt of the payment, the shooting date is reserved and annulment is no longer possible.

Shooting process

The customer undertakes to treat his animal appropriately and correctly. At most, the photographer is entitled to stop the shoot prematurely without reimbursing the costs.

 

Image usage rights

With the signing of the contract or payment of the invoice, the following image usage rights automatically apply:

• the client has the right to private use of all photos, stating the photographer, or to use the photos with watermarks (only the reduced web resolutions, not the original files, these are only intended for personal use or enlargements!)

• Passing on the photos to third parties or using the photos for commercial purposes is only possible after consultation

• Amuzi owns the copyright

• amuzi can use the photos as a reference / portfolio at any time; the persons give their declaration of consent by signing the contract

• all image material (analog and digital) remains the property of the photographer. The customer has no right of retention on the photographic material provided.

• If the photos do not meet expectations, no fee will be refunded

• Complaints must be made immediately upon receipt of the photos

 

The photographer is not liable for the customer and owner of the animal and their behavior.

If material provided by the photographer (e.g. demonstration halter) is damaged or destroyed, it must be replaced or paid for by the customer.

The photographer assumes no liability for personal injury, animal or property damage. It is recommended to take out liability insurance for yourself and your animal.

The photographer assumes no liability for rented or loaned material.
